This page lists the fonts firebo.lt serves to your browser, who made them, and under which licence they are used.
Solbera D&D fonts — Baltic versions
Most of the text on this site is set in four fonts from the Solbera D&D font package:
| Font | Used for |
|---|---|
| Bookinsanity Remake | body text |
| Mr Eaves SC Remake Medium | headings |
| Scaly Sans Remake | interface text and tables |
| Scaly Sans Caps | small caps and labels |
The original fonts cover little more than ANSI plus a small amount of extended Latin, which is not enough to set Lithuanian or Latvian text. Konstantinas Flavijus (chunkybastard.com, firebo.lt) drew and added the missing Baltic glyphs — Ā ā Ą ą Č č Ē ē Ė ė Ę ę Ģ ģ Ī ī Į į Ķ ķ Ļ ļ Ņ ņ Š š Ū ū Ų ų Ž ž — and built the fonts to WOFF2 for the web. Nothing else was changed.
These are modified versions of the original fonts. The originals are by Solbera, with fixes by Ryrok, fixes and additions by Ners ("Remake"), minor adjustments by LUCASTUCIOUS and packaging by jonathonf.
The originals are licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0, so the modified fonts are released under the same licence. You may download, use, modify and redistribute them, as long as you keep the attribution, state that you changed them, and share your version under the same licence.
Sources of the modified fonts:
Nodesto Caps Condensed
The site name in the header is set in Nodesto Caps Condensed, from the same package and under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 licence. The file served here contains only the nine letters needed for the wordmark; no glyph was redrawn.
Monaspace Nerd Font
The icons in the interface come from a subset of MonaspiceNe Nerd Font — Monaspace by GitHub, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, patched with icon glyphs by the Nerd Fonts project (MIT). Only the glyphs this site actually displays are included in the file we serve.
